Responsibilities:
Drafting and managing tenders, engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders including suppliers, consultants, contractors, and service providers in construction.
Handling all tender stages: from information collection, defining needs, editing documents, to presenting for approval, managing the process, analyzing price offers, and overseeing contract execution.
Managing various competitive procedures and exemption processes, editing applications to tender committees, and overseeing contract documents.
attachment with internal client parties involved in the work, collaborating with technical and legal teams.
Requirements:
academic degree in law, economics, or business administration.
Up to two years of experience in tendering and procurement attachments.
Familiarity with tendering obligation law.
Proficient in English (verbal and written) at an advanced level.
