Role Description
We are looking for a Lab Support Engineer
You will report to Sr. Manager SW Application architect
You will be based in our R&D site in Caesarea
Location
On-site - working daily from our offices in Caesarea
What You Will Be Doing
Maintenance of R&D Lab, which contains HW setups under testing including networking components (switches/routers/servers).
Responsibility for inventory management and the rotation of loaner servers.
What You Should Have
- Good Electronic/Computer Technician experience or background
- 2-3 years of technical experience
- Basic switching and networking configuration
- High technical abilities and good debugging and failure point finding
- Fluent English (writing and speaking)
- Rack lab environment / data center/ research facility experience – highly desired
- Experience in wiring setups - highly desired
- Excellent inter-personal skills and high customer service awareness
- Independence and fast learning skills
