Key responsibilities:

• Lead, and grow a team of DevOps engineers, hire, and mentor new members as well.
• Own, monitor, scale, and troubleshoot Talon's cloud infrastructure.
• Build an infrastructure for effective, high-quality development, and release efforts.
• Take part in architecture designs for future features, and systems.
  
  

• Team player, positive attitude, and problem-solver.
• At least 5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer in a large-scale production environment.
• At least 2 years of leading DevOps and/or development teams.
• Extensive hands-on experience working with AWS.
• Experience with containerized environments and microservices based on Docker/Kubernetes/Helm.
• Experience with logging and monitoring systems like Datadog, Sentr, Prometheus, ELK, or any other modern observability systems.
• Experience with IaaC (Infra as a Code) like Terraform, Terragrunt, CloudFormation.
  
  

• Experience in Microsoft Azure / Google Cloud Platform.
• Development experience.
