We’re looking for a full-time Senior Product Designer to join our vibrant Design team in Tel-Aviv.

Wake up for this:

• Lead the design process for our products from concept to launch, ensuring they meet our customers' needs, are innovative and user-friendly, and align with our brand values
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure that all designs are aligned with the company's vision
• Conduct research, analyze user needs and behaviors, and develop user personas to inform the design process
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to simplify complex problems
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into the design process
• Create and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and design systems to ensure consistency across all products
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and emerging technologies to ensure our products are always on the cutting edge of design

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio that showcases your design skills and process
• Experience leading the design process for complex digital products
• Expertise in design and user data software such as Figma, Fullstory, and Adobe
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team
• Strong problem-solving skills and a creative mindset
• Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus
• Having experience with branding and marketing concepts, including web designs & landing pages,, PPC campaigns, creative thinking, branding identity, etc…- BIG ADVANTAGE!
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in design visual communication, Product Design, or a related field
• An in-depth understanding and orientation to music
