Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality technical documentation encompassing installation and configuration guides, developer manuals, and architecture descriptions. These documents effectively convey intricate concepts while maintaining accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical architecture documentation, including detailed system design diagrams, data flow charts, and infrastructure layouts.
• Collaborate closely with software engineers and fellow R&D team members in order to understand and document architectural decisions, design principles, and implementation details.
• Participate in the creation of architecture and design documents for the software and systems being developed by the Research and Development department.
• Engage in architecture reviews and discussions, offering documentation support to ensure that architectural decisions align with project objectives.
• Tailor documentation to cater to the specific needs of technical stakeholders within the R&D department, guaranteeing its value as a reference for developers and engineers.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree, certification from a recognized course, or equivalent experience is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical documentation/writing, preferably within the cybersecurity field.
• Demonstrating a strong technical aptitude is vital, enabling the understanding and documentation of intricate system architectures, network diagrams, and software code.
• Proven expertise includes effectively collaborating with developers, product managers, and other subject matter experts within the R&D team to gather information and deliver documentation of the highest quality.
• Strong interpersonal skills are a must, allowing for effective teamwork in a collaborative environment while also exhibiting the ability to learn independently.
• Native English fluency is a must.
• High proficiency in industry-standard authoring and publishing tools is expected.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, coupled with the capacity to manage multiple projects and meet concurrent deadlines, are highly valued.
• Adaptability to thrive in the fast-paced and ever-evolving cybersecurity industry is a key attribute.
