Project Quality Engineer (Civil)

Description

monday.com is looking for a project quality civil engineer to join our workplace projects team and take responsibility and ownership over the quality & execution of the workplace projects in our TLV office. You will hold the full scope of responsibilities such as site inspection, project quality & work progress reports, managing suppliers on-site & supporting MEP planning & user experience. You will help monitor & execute a wide range of interior design internal projects, through high involvement, hands-on and day-to-day site attendance, inspecting & delivering projects to high standards.

About The Role

• Complete ownership of our building project execution process: daily on-site supervision, issuance of progress reports, quality inspection and on the go problem solutions to a variety of construction projects in our TLV office.
• Be an integral part of a talented cross-functional team members (PMO, design, sustainability) to ensure timely delivery of our projects; working closely with internal business partners, such as our workplace team to provide practical & user-friendly solutions of MEP systems & other relevant constructional aspects.
• Help us to improve from project to project by data collected throughout status reports, quality reports, execution process experience & smooth handover, reduced rejects fix time& lessons learned.
• Be a part of a fast pace large-scale growing company that requires high agility & motivation to execute various types of projects, from smaller to larger scale, in extremely challenging timelines.
• Manage vendor relations & motivate a group of external contractors to achieve amazing results in the highest standards.
  
  

• At least 2 years of experience as a project engineer with a proven track record of tech offices (other interior projects such as commercial is an advantage)
• A Degree in Civil Engineering from a familiar institute (Technion, Ben-Gurion, Ariel University, etc.)
• Passionate about the construction industry of interior's, with a hands-on/can-do approach: understanding & solving 'on-site' aspects with both efficiency and a high-performance approach.
• Strong communication skills both verbal & written, experienced with producing site inspection reports & managing daily works in technological platforms such as monday.com or MS Project.
• Familiar with suppliers & professional service providers in the tech office design industry, experienced in engaging our service provider to deliver amazing results in challenging deadlines.
• Fast learner, adaptive, thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Previous BIM M&E management experience – Advantage.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English.
