Core Blockchain Developer

We aim to revolutionize the shared security primitive by providing an infrastructure for building novel distributed systems with strong crypto-economic security. 

We seek a highly motivated and skilled Core Blockchain Developer with expertise in distributed systems to be a key player in our innovative startup.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end development of features, taking ideas from conception to production.
• Own significant components of Othentic's core infrastructure, ensuring high availability and redundancy in distributed systems.
• Architect and develop a robust system interacting with various smart contracts.
• Write high-quality, well-tested code using Test-Driven Development (TDD).

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of engineering experience.
• Proficient in backend services development with Go.
• Work experience in a large production environment with diverse services, databases, and components.
• In-depth understanding of microservices and infrastructure.
• Experience with Blockchains and distributed systems (Bitcoin, Ethereum, L2, etc.).



Ideally, You:

• Are up-to-date with Ethereum scaling solutions such as validiums or rollups.
• Have hands-on experience in writing smart contracts.
• Hold B.Sc. in computer science or equivalent.
• Are familiar with the fundamentals of cryptography.
