TAR, part of the Avnon Group is looking for a sales Manager.

Establish a wide network of end-users, partners, agents, and distributors in a specific region.

Manage and lead the techno-commercial sessions, presentations, and demonstrations to potential customers.

Participate and represent the Company in relevant HLS and Security related domestic and international exhibitions.

Matrix management of various stakeholders throughout the sales cycle - including account team members: Solution managers and project manager, as well as Operations, Procurement, Legal, Finance and more.

Requirements:

• Background in HLS/Defense sectors –. Advantage.
• 2+ years of proven experience in integration projects sales.
• An autodidact professional with strong analytical skills, eager to learn new domains.
• Proven ability to prioritize competing needs of multiple, rapidly evolving tasks and initiatives.
• Works independently in an evolving dynamic environment.
• Attention to details, accuracy, and precision. Independently identifying and solving problems.
• Ability to adapt to, build and maintain relationships with multiple external and internal stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills, oral and written with excellent presentation and demonstration skills.
