Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Specialist at Optics & Motion. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities including identifying new business opportunities, generating sales leads, closing deals, and maintaining customer relationships. The role involves cold calling, conducting sales presentations, managing the relationship with clients and supporting clients in their technical needs.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering and/or Physics and/or Chemistry and/or other technology first degree.
• Proven experience in Sporting and selling to Hardware developers in israel. For example, Rafael, Elbit, AMAT, Indigo, Metronics….
• Knowledge and understanding of Objective Lenses, Reticles, Stepper Motors, BLDC, Encoders...
• Knowledge in precise motion and custom optics for industrial applications.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Business level English
• Communication and Customer Service skills
