Strategic Procurement Manager

Responsibilities:

- Execute commercial agreements, including discovering new procurement sources, negotiating, signing procurement agreements, and managing ongoing relationships with suppliers.

- Analyze expenditure data regarding pricing, cost factors, competitive environment, operational requirements, supply risks, innovation, business opportunities, etc., to optimize processes and savings.

- Develop and implement the procurement strategy using advanced procurement management tools.

- Work at the company's headquarters in Petach Tikva, with occasional travel nationwide (production sites, logistic centers, suppliers, etc.).

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree is mandatory. Preference for relevant fields such as Business Management, Economics, Law, Technology, or Engineering.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in strategic procurement with an annual scope of tens of millions of shekels.

- Profound familiarity with at least two of the following sectors: Energy, Transportation, Logistics, Human Resources.

- Preferred experience in procurement within a retail or manufacturing company.

- Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
