Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day telesales tasks including customer service, communication, sales, customer support, and training.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Previous experience in customer support and training
- Fluent in English and Hebrew with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in the summer camp industry is a plus
