Technical Project Manager

We're looking for a Technical Project Manager for the R&D department.

As a PM, you will serve as the “wingman” for the VP R&D.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our R&D roadmap and strategies are effectively implemented and aligned with our business goals.

This position requires strong attention to detail, an understanding of technical requirements, and the ability to collaborate with various teams to uphold the highest standards.

What you’ll do:

• Handle R&D quarterly plans & commitments.
• Manage ongoing release cycles.
• Manage cross team and/or cross department technical projects.
• Gather technical requirements.
• Remove bottlenecks.
• Implement processes where needed.
• Communicate with relevant stakeholders.
  
  

• 3+ years of experience in project management in the software industry.
• High proficiency with Jira, Excel and project management tools.
• Experience in writing specifications and validating estimations.
• Can-do attitude, have a strong desire and drive to tackle complex problems.
• Strong project management, organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills with high proficiency in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering results.
• Interpersonal skills, foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting effective communication and knowledge sharing.
• Broad perspective, see the big picture while staying detail-oriented
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Experience in software development for Linux-based systems.
• Strong and comprehensive understanding of databases and SQL language.
