Yizre'el site Manager

The operating arm, executing the preparation, production, and shipping plans of the organization. From forecast development, to buying and production planning, through the delivery of the finished product.

The department includes production, procurement, central planning, engineering, and Operational Excellence divisions.

We are looking for a Site Manager for the Yizre'el site to join us!

As the site manager, you will manage team leaders from different disciplines (direct and matrix management) and work with multiple interfaces.

You will have full responsibility for the operation of the Yizre'el site, such as:

• Safety and security of the site and employees.
• Responsibility for the site budgets and managing the work accordingly.
• Building annual work plans according to the annual company's plans, implementing them and performing controls and monitoring during the year.
• Determination and regular updating of the site's indicators in accordance with the annual work plans.
• Control of the production process and product quality.
• Site visibility.
• Manage various projects related to the site.
• Developing, promoting, and improving human capital on the site.
• Performing actions for continuous improvement, efficiency, and excellence on the site.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree, preferably engineering degree.
• At least 5 years' experience in operations management.
• At least 5 years' experience in managing a large number of employees and leading a management team.
• Experience in management in manufacturing, warehouses, logistics, quality.
• Familiarity and experience in the field of LEAN.
• Experience in operating a warehouse, knowledge with WMS system - an advantage.
• Familiarity with OFFICE, ERP. Knowledge in Priority system - an advantage.
• Needed skills: Systems vision, ability to analyze and understand data, ability to plan.
