Intellectual Property Attorney (In-house )

We are looking for a patent attorney to join our Intellectual Property department, a part of Mobileye's legal department, where we manage Mobileye's extensive patent and trademark portfolio from A-Z and support a wide variety of legal and business activities related to Intellectual Property. You will work under Mobileye's head of IP in a fast-paced environment at an exciting time of structural reorganization, and you will be working along with our team of IP professionals, in cooperation with leading IP firms around the globe. What will your job look like:

• Supporting the head of IP with managing a very large IP portfolio with a few dozen trademarks and more than 1,500 patent/patent applications.
• Managing Trademark portfolio and strategy vis-a-vis outside counsel and numerous company departments
• Working with outside counsel in drafting and prosecution of patent applications in the field of hardware, Lidar, Radar, Software, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Optics, and more;
• Collaborating with R&D teams to identify innovative aspects of products and technology in the field of hardware.
• Working with legal and business teams to ensure adequate IP protection and supporting legal and business processes involving Intellectual Property.
  
  

• At least 5 years experience with drafting and prosecuting patent applications and portfolio management
• Background in Trademarks
• BSc. or advanced technical degree in Computer Science or Electronic Engineering
• Strong background in the field of hardware (Chip design, SOC, Radar, LIDAR, Integrated Systems, Integrated Circuits etc.)
• Ability to handle workloads and work under tight deadlines
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently
