We are looking for a Full Stack Team Leader to join our team. The candidate will be on the next generation of ControlUp Monitoring tool using the cutting edge of modern technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and prioritize the team’s workload on a daily basis
• Manage and mentor developers in your team, to grow their skills and prepare them for increased responsibility.
• Lead discussions about project architecture and technical feasibility, make decisions and justify your development approach.
• Work closely with the product owner to help address business needs while maintaining engineering standards and paying down technical debt.

Recruitments:

• BS/MS in Computer Science or Engineering.
• At least 3 year of experience as team leader.
• 6+ years of meaningful experience with backend and frontend development.
• 3+ years experience with React, single-page applications, and modern frontend paradigms.
• 5+ years significant experience with: JavaScript & Node.js/.Net/Java.
• Experience in ECMAScript, HTML5, SCSS and modern stack like Babel, and Webpack.
• Team player, Keen eye for good design and practical user experience/user interface design.
• Comfortable tackling new problems and thinking outside the box.

Nice to have:

• Experience with performance and profiling tools.
• Experience with .Net or Scala.
