Director of Product

Lusha's Product team is growing, and we are looking for a skilled Director of Product Management to join us!

What will you be doing?

In this role, you will lead our Solutions product group - the group in charge of building Lusha’s end-products. You will manage a team of Product Managers, supporting them in their work and pushing them to grow. You will be responsible for conveying and translating the business needs into the group’s product strategy. You will collaborate closely with cross-departmental stakeholders, advocate for our users and their needs, and be an important member of the Delivery and Product leadership teams.

You will:

• Be the champion of our users.
• Directly manage and provide leadership, direction, and mentorship for a team of Product Managers.
• Lead the roadmap of your group's product lines
• Be an active collaborator in defining and refining Lusha’s product strategy
• Understand user requirements and help your team define and reach thoughtful solutions that address the user pains and meet our business goals
• Own key product metrics and be responsible for meeting your team’s KPIs
• Ensure that our products provide a seamless user experience cross-products
• Inspire creativity and real collaboration across our product org
• Collaborate with Product Management, R&D, Analytics, and cross-functional stakeholders to contribute to strategic decisions around the future direction of Lusha’s products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Director of Product Management in a B2B SaaS company.
• 7+ years of working experience as a Product Manager.
• Ideally, have experience working on hyper-growth PLG products.
• Very strong user-centered mindset, with an emphasis on validating your ideas based on real customer feedback
• Impeccable communication and presentation skills - our users will enjoy talking with you, and your Product colleagues, Engineers, and Sales people will love working with you.
• Excellent analytical skills - you are able to generate insights and recommendations based on raw data and results
• Team-focused and highly collaborative, but comfortable driving projects on your own and with little direction
• A hungry, infectious personality: we’re looking for someone who is great to have around.
• Fluent in English and Hebrew.
