As a Senior Microsoft Solutions Architect🤵, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions across a range of Microsoft products, with a particular focus on cloud-based🌦️ technologies and security🔐. Your role will involve close collaboration with stakeholders👯, service managers, and operational teams to develop and deploy robust security and automation solutions that align with our business objectives.

✍️Responsibilities✍️:

• Design and implement Active Directory and Azure Active Directory architectures, ensuring they meet industry best practices and our organizational risk management objectives.
• Provide leadership in security, influencing decision-making and guiding stakeholders in understanding the implications of security policies.
• Engage in the technical aspects of hybrid infrastructure and architecture design, and manage technology in a constantly evolving environment.
• Develop and execute strategies for cloud migration, particularly focusing on Azure IaaS, governance, and Active Directory.
• Implement enhanced security measures, including tiering models, Enhanced Security Admin Environment, and policy hardening.
• Configure and manage server environments, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Stay abreast of Microsoft's Modern IT Architecture and Strategy, and apply this knowledge in day-to-day operations and long-term planning.

📑Skills Needed📑:

• Deep understanding of on-premises and cloud Microsoft products, especially Active Directory, Windows Server, and Azure.
• At least 5 years of experience in systems development, network operations, software support, or IT consulting.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
• Proficiency in PowerShell or similar scripting languages.
• Experience with cloud migrations, particularly with Azure.
• Knowledge of server management and configurations, including DHCP, DNS, NPS, RDS/WVD.
• Strong team player with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
• Desirable: Azure implementation experience.
