Job Description
The Oncology Market Access Manager plays a crucial role in assisting and supporting the establishment and maintenance of access to a portfolio of oncology products and indications.
This role involves developing and implementing access strategies for both new and existing products, with the goal of ensuring favorable reimbursement conditions for patients within a defined timeframe. Additionally, the Market Access Manager will work to maintain competitive pricing compared to similar products in the market.
What You’ll Do
- Contribute to securing favorable conditions for healthcare access.
- Drive operational activities for our company's oncology portfolio and provide strategic recommendations to optimize access and commercial potential.
- Collaborate closely with local and international colleagues from External Affairs, Outcome Research, Regulatory, Marketing, Medical, and Market Research to align on market access strategies, coordinate local actions, and collect and analyze relevant observational and market research data.
- Assist in reimbursement dossiers preparation from initiation until submission, including patient funnels, and budget impact modeling. Continuously monitor the progress of these files to ensure optimal reimbursement conditions for patients.
- Assist the Market Access Associated Director in collecting and analyzing health outcome data to provide insights on effectiveness, costs, and the broader impact of new and existing medicines, aiding payer decision-making on resource allocation.
- Represent the Market Access team in cross-functional teams.
- Ensure all market access activities align with overall commercial objectives and comply with internal policies and external regulations.
- Collaborate closely with Top Scientific Leaders and global teams to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with targeted stakeholders, key experts, patient organizations, and influencers to gather customer insights and obtain positive advice, thereby securing optimal reimbursement conditions.
- Contribute to the development of account management with market access support, including collaboration with policy and commercial teams.
- Initiate and lead selected projects related to scientific content, such as clinical, economic, and patient-reported outcomes.
- Propose business-oriented actions based on an understanding of changes in the healthcare system and their implications for our company.
- Benchmark and share best practices, fostering effective interaction with colleagues from other countries, regions, or headquarters.

- University degree in business or life sciences from an accredited university (MBA and/or Health Economics Certificate is an asset).
- Over 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, strong collaboration background with market access (medical, marketing, sales, etc.).
- Ideally fluent in both Hebrew and English, with excellent written and verbal skills in both languages.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
