Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Support Specialist located in Mishor Rotem industrial zone . The Information Technology Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, desktop computer support, and help desk support. The Information Technology Support Specialist will be required to address all user's technical issues and take end-to-end ownership of incidents and service requests.

Qualifications

• Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
• Desktop Computer support and Information Technology skills
• Help Desk Support and Customer Service skills
• Experience with remote support tools and remote assistance
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• High school diploma or equivalent required, associate's or bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred
• Professional IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, and Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician are a plus
• Hebrew
