Field Technical Trainer

What To Expect
The Service team is seeking a Field Technical Trainer to facilitate engaging technical content and upskill the capabilities of Service employees in the country. This individual will take responsibility for ensuring their Service country is equipped to deliver the best ownership experience the world has ever seen for every Tesla owner. Key responsibilities include facilitating hands-on technical training, mentoring and supporting of service coaches, and partnering with Service Managers to close skill gaps and elevate the performance of their teams.

Utilizing your skills in facilitation, automotive repair expertise, and field support, paired with your passion for teaching and helping others, you’ll get the opportunity to join Tesla at a time of rapid growth and innovation of our service experience.
