Immediate position, full-time position in Ramat Hahayal, Tel Aviv, Israel.

aVISI is actively seeking an enthusiastic Clinical Research Assistant to join our dynamic team developing novel drug products

aVISI Pharma is focusing on effective ocular therapies. aVISI Pharma develops innovative pharmaceutical products designed for leading causes of visual impairment and blindness, to make a clinically significant difference in patients' lives

As a Clinical Research Assistant, you will get on the ground floor of an exciting pharma startup, offering a unique and empowering learning experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Register, collect and file documentation and information regarding ongoing studies
• Respond to incoming correspondence, including emails, and telephone calls
• Prepare trial-specific documents, such as master files and investigator site files
• Oversee and monitor clinical trials activity
• Compile, manage and analyze big data spreadsheets
• Write protocols, reports, procedures and data presentations

Qualifications:

• MSc or PhD degree in applicable research discipline – A must
• 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry – A must
• Well versed in EU and FDA regulations including GCP
• Experienced with methods of data analysis
• Experienced in reading and summarizing scientific literatures
• Excellent project management skills 
• Fluent in English

Must be able to travel in Israel and abroad with overnight stays, as necessary
