Algorithm Development Team Leader

Mobileye is on the lookout for a dynamic Algorithm Team Leader. This role presents the unique challenge of spearheading a team focused on solving real-world issues through Machine Learning and Signal Processing.

Our expertise lies in sensor-based processing and perception, utilizing a diverse array of technologies like LIDAR, RADAR, and camera systems. In this multifaceted role, you will merge responsibilities of team leadership, advanced programming, and innovative algorithm development in Python and C++. Your role will pivot around maintaining and enhancing our product suite, with a keen focus on transitioning projects from research to production in a collaborative environment.

What will your job look like:

• As the team's driving force, you'll guide your unit in architecting, crafting, and actualizing sophisticated algorithmic solutions.
• Collaboration is key: you'll engage with various teams to grasp their needs and craft tailored solutions, refine existing algorithms for heightened efficiency and scalability, delve into novel algorithmic concepts and methodologies, manage extensive datasets, and marry classical programming with cutting-edge algorithm development.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years in a leadership position/ experience in crafting Computer Vision algorithms using Python/C++.
• Demonstrated proficiency in C++ development and methodologies.
• An advanced degree (MSc or PhD) - an advantage
