Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to the R&D team in technical matters, ensuring alignment with overall project goals and objectives.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovations, and incorporate relevant advancements into R&D projects.
• Actively engage in troubleshooting and problem-solving to address technical challenges that may arise during the R&D process.
• Actively write and review code, contributing directly to the development of software solutions in alignment with project goals.
• Provide mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and skill development within the R&D team.
• Act as the focal point for hands-on technical leadership, actively participating in coding, architecture, and design discussions to guide the team.
• Lead the ideation, development, and presentation of Proof of Concepts to validate technical feasibility and explore innovative solutions.
  
  

• B.S. in computer science or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience as a server-side developer using C#, REST APIs, and asynchronous communication with Queues/Streams.
• 3+ years of advanced SQL experience (MSSQL/Oracle/MySQL/PostgreSQL, etc.).
• Broad knowledge of OOP and design patterns.
  
  

• Experience with frontend technologies like Angular, React.
• Experience with messaging queues or streams such as RabbitMQ/SQS/Kafka.
• Experience with Redis or alike.
• Experience with ORM such as Entity Framework.
• Experience with Microservices.
• Experience in building SaaS platforms in a cloud-based environment.
