Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Documentation Expert: You'll complete essential documentation to keep our operations on track.
• Logistics Navigator: Track and monitor shipments, ensuring correct routing and documentation.
• Inventory Maestro: Safely store parts in designated locations, using your keen eye for part numbers.
• Data Enthusiast: Maintain an up-to-date Excel spreadsheet for receiving data and GST.
• Efficient Scanner: Utilize hand scanners and PCs for receiving and put-away processes.
• Order Fulfillment Pro: Pick and fill orders with precision.
• Ticket Master: Print and batch pick tickets, preparing warehouse pulls and returns.
• Inventory Guru: Perform daily cycle counts of inventory.
• Shipping Maestro: Prepare orders for billing and shipping, ensuring accuracy.
• Team Player: Be ready to take on additional duties and responsibilities as needed.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

• Experience: 1-2 years of related work experience.
• Tech-Savvy: Previous experience with an ERP system, preferably SAP.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Hebrew (written and verbal).
• Logistics Background: Prior experience in a warehouse, shipping, receiving, or freight forwarding.
• Process-Oriented: Knowledge of transportation and shipping procedures.
• Equipment Operator: Experience operating material handling equipment.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to work independently with a focus on detail, accuracy, documentation, and follow-through.
• Tech Proficiency: Capable of using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
