Product Monetization Operator

An innovative and passionate international mobile gaming studio headquartered in Tel Aviv is seeking a Product Monetization Operator to take charge of all operational aspects within the Product Monetization department.

Your primary duties will involve configuring AB tests, crafting strategic internal and external documentation, and actively contributing to the strategic decision-making processes for new games. You will play a pivotal role in boosting revenue and refining monetization strategies for the company's games.

Responsibilities:

• Configure, monitor, and analyze AB test setups for games.
• Strategically plan AB tests for early-stage games to optimize monetization performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product monetization managers and data analysts, to gather requirements and ensure the smooth execution of AB tests.
• Develop and update documentation for internal processes, best practices, and standard operating procedures related to product monetization.
• Create strategic documentation and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders, covering monetization strategies, revenue forecasts, and performance analysis reports.
• Work closely with the product team to offer insights and recommendations for the monetization aspects of new game development and launches.
• Analyze data and metrics to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for optimization in product monetization.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to benchmark and enhance monetization strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in mathematics, statistics, etc.
• Proficient in AB testing methodologies.
• Previous experience in a gaming company is an advantage.
• Passion for gaming is advantageous.
• 1 year of experience in an operational position or graduation from QA courses is a plus.
• Experience in analyzing large datasets and providing actionable insights.
• Highly motivated and eager to learn within a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.
