Payroll Admin

What will you be doing?

• Work in our payroll team which is responsible for the preparation and processing of our IL monthly payroll.
• Manage and support our attendance system.
• Update information changes and communicate to other departments and service providers.
• Assist employees and managers with payroll related inquiries.
• Timesheet tracking analysis.
  
  

• 2-3 year of experience in a Payroll/ Payroll Admin position
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Team-player, collaborative and flexible.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion
• "Hilan" knowledge or experience - advantage
• Excellent skills using MS Word & Excel
• Fluent English (both spoken and written)
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in accordance with established policies and regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize workload and meet tight deadlines
