About the Position

We are seeking a talented Salesforce implementer to join our Sales team!

As an experienced Salesforce implementer you will have an opportunity to work closely with Sales teams and influence sales processes.

As part of the role you will have the opportunity to:

• Implement end-to-end projects through all sales lifecycle phases, ensuring alignment with business requirements
• Develop and maintain the CRM documentation, including process flows, user guides, and training materials
• Work closely and provide day-to-day support to the Sales team, enforcing sales processes and resolving any system-related issues
• Design and generate reports and dashboards to track and monitor data integrity
• Integrate Salesforce with other business systems, ensuring seamless data flow and communication
• Plan and execute system upgrades, including testing, training, and change management activities

Requirements:

• At least 3 years hands-on experience in Salesforce implementation- Must
• Experience with complex flows and data migrations
• Experience in working with internal/ external customers- Big Advantage
• Deep understanding of Salesforce Best Practices in the different content worlds - Sales, Marketing, Services
• Understanding the architecture of the system and the various authorization structures
• Advanced Excel / G-suite knowledge- An advantage
• Self-driven and able to take direction and drive results, works well under pressure
• Adapt quickly to changes and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with fluent English- Must
