Responsibilities

• Identify business problems/needs, prioritize and highlight valuable focus areas.
• Take part in products’ vision, test product functionality, value, UI/UX and performance against business goals/benchmarks.
• Oversee the product development process: work with product managers and designers to define business requirements, track progress, and manage risks.
• Monitor and urge new products’ adoption.
• Choose relevant power users, support testing, collect feedback and prioritize required adjustments according to quarterly plans.
• Improve product quality by making sure all the required risks, challenges and opportunities are taken under consideration along the product’s life-cycle.
• Support product launches & comms: train and educate, maintain knowledge resources, user guides, gather feedback, monitor usage and prioritize needed adjustments.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in Product Growth or a related field - preferably from the Ad-Tech/Gaming industries.
• Experience with product development processes, methodologies, and tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Multitasking & project management capabilities
• Creativity & out of the box thinking
