Chief Information Security Officer

A stable financial organization is looking for a CISO to lead a team of 10-15 security professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of an information security and cyber risk management strategy and an annual and multi-year work plan.

• Development and management of information and cyber security policies, procedures, standards and guidelines.

• Contact with the R&D team and with the DevOps team regarding SDLC secure development, the system architecture and the actual implementation.

• Implementation of regulatory requirements, compliance and GRC governance

• Building a secure architecture that suits the organization's needs, defining information security requirements, identifying and integrating solutions and security technologies.

• Accompanying and guiding the information security aspects of implementing new products, characterizing information security solutions for projects.

• Management of multiple internal and external interfaces, including with employees and managers in a variety of organizational units, management and board of directors.

• Responsibility for programs to raise awareness about the information security of employees, suppliers and external employees.

• Cooperation with the operations, information systems, risks and legal teams in issues related to security, compliance and regulations.

• Management of information security and SOC teams, management of security and cyber incidents.

Requirements:

• Experience of at least 3-10 years as a CISO/Deputy CISO OR information security manager in organizations, including managerial experience

• Experience in financial organizations/financial regulations

• Certification in the field of information security such as CISSP or CISM
