Job description: RUSSIAN SPEAKING FINANCIAL CONTROLLER IN ISRAEL

Your Role:

This role will report to the CFO and will also work closely with the COO. The Financial Controller will manage all of the day-to-day finance operations for the business and manage the finance team, monthly and annual financial reporting, year-end audit process and will lead on developing new internal controls, systems and processes.

Key tasks:

1.     Oversee the accounting side of the business from financial statement preparation to the management of accounts payable & receivable;

2.     Design and maintain strong financial controls, implementing scalable processes and driving efficiency improvements across the business;

3.     Identify and manage financial risks, working closely with the CFO on strategies and ensuring the business is compliant and prepared for internal and external audits;

4.     Participation in key finance change projects and identifying any process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness of the team;

5.     Introduction and renewal of financial policies.

Your profile:

1.     Excellent writing and communication skills in English and Russian a must, further languages appreciated;

2.     At least 5 years' relevant work experience in accounting/finance (big 5 or leading strategic consulting firms);

3.     BA degree in accounting or finance;

4.     Solid understanding of tax, accounting, financial processes and regulatory environment related to a International financial holding or investment group;

5.     Advanced Skills in Microsoft Applications
