Sales Account Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technical Sales Representative to join our international sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, coupled with exceptional sales and customer service abilities. This role requires the candidate to have a comprehensive understanding of our products and systems to effectively communicate and present them to customers.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with international customers, providing excellent customer service and support.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase our company's offerings and their technical capabilities.
• Understand customer requirements and offer tailored solutions based on their needs, emphasizing the technical advantages and benefits.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop strategies and achieve sales targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any technical issues that arise.
• Effectively communicate technical specifications and system requirements to customers.
• Work closely with internal teams, including engineering and product development, to provide customer feedback and contribute to product improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the thermodynamic systems, mechanical systems, or semiconductor industry.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle technical inquiries.
• Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
