Presales Engineer

Rayzone Group is looking for a curious, self-driven, and customer-focused individual to join our sales & marketing team. As a Presales engineer you will collaborate with the Sales & Marketing Team to lead technical demonstrations and POCs of Rayzone Group’s value proposition and advantages of our solutions products and services to potential customers.

General Responsibilities:

• Drive the technical aspects of the sale process, providing demonstrations, managing proof of concepts, demonstrating product expertise, and sharing best practice.
• Create and present product demos.
• Prepare the technical proposals, responses to RFPs and other documents as required for the sales opportunities’ good development
• Coordinate the solutions pitch with relevant teams: technical R&D, Product, Sales and Operations
• Adapt the solution pitch for implementation or use-case challenges for each customer
• Maintain a working knowledge of the industry and competitors to act as a valuable resource to the customer and sales team.

Key Skills:

• Min. 3 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Presales or similar position.
• Experience and understanding of the Cyber- Intelligence industry & solutions domain - advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related – advantage
• High level of technical expertise, eager and able to learn new technologies
• Familiar with technical solutions for, RFI, RFP, tenders and quotation documents.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for detail.
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English. (native speakers – an advantage)
• Additional language – an advantage
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A self-starter who can identify, prioritize, and accomplish multiple tasks independently.
