E-Commerce Growth Manager

A rapidly growing firm specializing in partnering with e-commerce companies to propel their growth is looking for an E-Commerce Growth Manager to join the small team of A-list experts.

As an E-Commerce Growth Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of clients' e-commerce businesses. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of online campaigns, exceptional marketing operations management skills, resourcefulness, and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture strong partner relationships through effective communication and regular updates on campaign performance
• Collaborate with partners to develop comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to their specific business objectives
• Lead the development of marketing plans from conception to delivery, ensuring alignment with goals and industry best practices
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights to make strategic adjustments
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within e-commerce growth strategies
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns
• Foster a collaborative environment to elevate the overall team performance

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Marketing Operations Management and / or Growth campaigns
• Experience leading marketing initiatives from concept to execution
• Experience in E-Commerce - advantage
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
• Exceptional project management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines and exceeding client expectations
• Fluency in Hebrew - mandatory, along with excellent English communication skills
