We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Google Ads Campaign Manager to join our dynamic iGaming team. As a Junior Google Ads Campaign Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and managing our digital advertising efforts on Google Ads to drive customer acquisition and achieve our marketing goals. Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Setup and Optimization: Assist in the creation, implementation, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, and bid management to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.

2. Performance Analysis: Conduct regular analysis of campaign performance, leveraging various data analytics tools, and provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness. Identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement to enhance overall performance.

3. A/B Testing: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute A/B tests for ad creatives, landing pages, and other elements to improve conversion rates and user engagement.

4. Budget Management: Monitor daily and monthly budget allocation across various campaigns, ensuring adherence to the budget guidelines while maximizing results.

5. Reporting and Communication: Prepare comprehensive reports on campaign performance, key metrics, and insights. Present findings to the marketing team and other stakeholders, contributing to strategic discussions and decisions.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field - Advantage

2. Digital Advertising Knowledge: Basic understanding of Google Ads and online advertising platforms. Familiarity with keywords, ad formats, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization techniques is preferred.

3. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable conclusions, and make data-driven decisions.

4. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly and succinctly to team members and stakeholders.

5. Enthusiasm for iGaming: A passion for the iGaming industry and a willingness to stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and best practices.
