Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead wide-ranging processes and projects in coordination with the Dairy Manager.

2. Manage and oversee operational metrics.

3. Optimize resources at the dairy level and maintain an overall perspective of their utilization.

4. Manage the PP&C (Production Planning and Control) process, including responsibility for planning and controlling production resources within the dairy while synchronizing various operational units.

5. Continuously evaluate methods for efficiency enhancement and operational cost reduction.

6. Fill in for the Dairy Manager when absent.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or Administration - Mandatory. Master's degree is a plus.

- Significant experience with at least two substantial terms in operational management roles within a food or pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.

- A cumulative experience of at least 7 years in managerial positions.

- Experience in managing a business unit (profit and loss) with budget responsibilities - Advantageous.

- Proficiency in excellent operational methodologies (LEAN) - Advantageous.

- Experience in matrix management and project leadership - Advantageous.
