QA Team Leader

We’re looking for a highly experienced, versatile and passionate QA Team Leader to join our amazing growing R&D team. As a QA Team Leader you'll build and lead a team with a huge impact on the company's growth. You will also hire and mentor top-notch QA Engineers, and participate in the entire production cycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of manual QA engineers, provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.
• Set a high standard for quality and performance.
• Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders in different sites, and provide great results under a tight schedule.
• Drive for continuous improvement of the team and our processes.
• Squad Scrum Master - drive all Squad ceremonies.
• Report to QA Manager.
  
  

• 2+ years of team leadership experience, hiring team, and leading the team to excellence.
• Experience in cross-platform manual testing - Android & iOS.
• Good understanding of API testing and SDLC.
• Experience with SQL.
• Experience with writing and working with test case documentation (STD).
• Flexible and proactive/self-motivated working style with strong personal ownership of problem resolution.
• Great collaboration and communication skills.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
