The Role

We're looking for a Salesforce Implementation Specialist to join our growing team in Tel Aviv. You'll lead the migrating of our current CRM system to Salesforce, leveraging a deep understanding of our existing infrastructure to tailor, customize and optimize the Salesforce platform for our specific business needs.

Work closely with the CEO and key stakeholders, influence the design and structure of our systems. Your insights will shape how we streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and drive growth.

Be Accountable For:

• Deep Analysis of Existing CRM: Thoroughly analyze and understand the current CRM system, including its features, workflows, and data structure.
• Salesforce Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure Salesforce to replicate and enhance the functionalities of the existing CRM.
• Data Migration and Integration: Safely migrate data from the existing CRM to Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
• User Training and Support: Train end-users on the new Salesforce system and provide ongoing support to ensure smooth adoption.
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to optimize business processes through Salesforce implementation.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing to ensure the Salesforce implementation meets all functional requirements and is free from defects.
• Reporting and Documentation: Develop comprehensive documentation on the Salesforce implementation process and create custom reports as needed.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and address any implementation challenges.
• Keeping up with Salesforce’s latest updates.

The Right Person:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator) is highly preferred.
• 5+ years of proven experience in CRM implementation, particularly with Salesforce, Familiarity with Salesforce’s suite of products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong project management skills with a detail-oriented approach.
• Previous experience with data migration and integration tools.
• Independent, self-starter and fast-learner, accurate and well-organized with the ability to prioritize.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, a team-player at heart.
• Versatile and flexible, with ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced working environment.

Working hours: Sunday-Thursday, 10:00-19:00 (3 days), 14:00-22:00 (2 days).
