Technical Product Manager

What we're looking for?

We’re looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager to lead Sharegain’s main flow service,

which is our company's core product portfolio.

With close collaboration with Engineering, Business Analysis, and fellow Product Managers, . you will play a pivotal role in driving your product's strategy and delivery while ensuring it aligns with our business and product objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Take significant part in defining the product plans and be responsible for successful execution.
• Be a part of the R&D teams, deliver vision and requirements and follow up on them until delivery.
• Collaborating with global teams: Design, Data, Customer Success, Operations and Business to execute our Projects and Objectives, and iterate on them.
• Conduct extensive product research based on user feedback, data, competitor analysis and more to make decisions and continuously improve our Product.
• Deep understanding of back-end systems and processes. Identify technical challenges, building APIs, modeling, and testing solutions.
• Establish clear objectives, define success metrics, monitor OKRs, and ensure flawless execution. Serve as an expert for the product domain and become the go-to person for all functional issues.
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
• Explore and learn high-scale, real-time systems and infrastructures, and work closely with our development team in order to analyze and identify areas of improvements.
• Identify key risks and suggest mitigation strategies.
• Manage ongoing support and improvement of product features.
• Develop and maintain a prioritized product backlog
  
  

• 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Proven ability to partner effectively across functions with the ability to gain shared vision on challenging decisions and priority trade-offs.
• Technical acumen to communicate with technical teams and effectively manage technical product development.
• Experience with working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask and shift focus quickly.
• Goal-oriented, highly motivated and takes full ownership of projects.
• Strong technical background
• Problem-solving orientation and analytical capabilities
• Excellent communication skills - ability to clearly convey messages in written and oral form (in English).
• An ability to explain complex concepts and ideas in a simple and clear way to people from various backgrounds.
• Familiarity with agile development methodology.
  
  

• BSc in computer science/engineering/Information Systems or related.
• Familiarity with distributed systems (microservices architecture), Azure cloud services and monitoring techniques.
• Strong affinity with the finance sector and understanding of the capital market.
