Marketing Operations Specialist

In today's digital landscape, business growth is achieved by working together to acquire, nurture, and convert leads to meet company KPIs via inbound marketing activities, such as events, webinars, www. direct emails, social media, etc. The marketing operations specialist will be instrumental in streamlining workflows and providing data insights that support the company in generating and nurturing leads via different channels and marketing activities. As marketing operations, you will be responsible for the following:

• Drive the entire marketing automation process to HS - including workflows, lifecycle journeys, segmentation, and integrations (WWW, Social Media, Webinars, Events)
• Supporting all marketing operations activities E2E (Direct emails, social posts, events and trade shows implementations, etc)
• Build and optimize campaign landing pages for gated and ungated resources and own the advertising and marketing communication cadence.
• Own the MKT data analysis! Set up, track, and report on marketing efforts to enable data-driven marketing decisions to support improved campaign results (CR, CTR, OR etc.)
  

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in Hubspot & Salesforce - MUST
• Native-level English - both written and spoken - MUST
• Marketing automation workflows - MUST
• Google Marketing Platform (GA4, Tag Manager)
• Task management, cross-department collaboration
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
