The Corporate Action Back Office is an entry level position responsible for processing Corporate Action events and payments originating from local market to entitled clients.
The overall objective of this role is to reconcile events and payments within the request time frame of the local market and branch.
Temporary position for 12 months.
Responsibilities:
- Process Corporate Action events and payments.
- Identify and resolve Corporate Action events and payments issues.
- Tax reconcile and reporting to the local tax authorities.
- Monitor and suggest solutions to errors to minimize risk to the bank, through an intermediate knowledge of procedural requirements.
- Escalate issues to the appropriate department and collaborate on a solution
- Assist with control activities, and the launch of new products and services
- Ensure processes adhere to audit and control
- Provide client services – client inquiries
- Qualifications:
- Relevant experience preferred
- Proven ability to perform various concurrent activities/projects in a high-risk environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of macros
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- High proficiency in languages: Hebrew and English
- Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience in Business, Accounting or Finance
