As a Backend Infrastructure Team Leader at our company, you will manage a small team of backend professionals and spearhead our engineering initiatives focused on backend infrastructure, driving the performance and reliability of our systems. Your role is crucial in overseeing the infrastructure team's operation, managing and mentoring the engineers, and ensuring the efficient delivery and execution of tasks within the team. • Professional Experience: Minimum of 6 years in backend development.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Web Services: In-depth experience in designing, developing, and maintaining web services, focusing on both WebSocket for real-time communication and RESTful APIs for standard web interactions. Expertise includes ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency in service architecture.
• Monitoring: Proficiency in monitoring tools such as Grafana and Prometheus, skilled in alerting and monitoring high-rate, intensive systems.
• AWS: Solid experience with AWS services including EC2, EKS, VPC, RDS, S3, and Elasticache.
• Container Orchestration: Extensive experience in Kubernetes, demonstrating a high level of proficiency.
• Leadership and Management:
