Financial Controller

UVision, a technology company in the defense industry, is developing manufacturing and selling a wide range of products and solutions of unique loitering munitions. Uvision is looking for a financial controller to join its growing finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full responsibility for our monthly reports to the management.
• Closure of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Preparation of consolidated periodical financial statements, based on US GAAP or IFRS, preferably for industrial companies.
• Support quarterly and annual reports of foreign subsidiaries.

Requirements:

• CPA with over 3 years of experience as a controller in a global Hi-tech company, experience from a projects oriented company - advantage.
• Experienced in working for public companies. Global - advantage.
• Qualified and experienced CPA from one of the "Big 4" accounting firm.
• Experienced in working with foreign Subsidiaries - advantage.
• Prior knowledge with ERP Systems, Priority - advantage.
• Fluent verbal & writing English skills.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Office applications capabilities.
