As a key player in this role, you will serve as the focal point for customer and distributor relationships- developing and driving credible and productive long-term relations by understanding their business needs and providing tailored value propositions for the Israeli market.

Your role:

• Coordinate clear and achievable strategies, objectives and tactical plans for the Account based on the Central Sales leadership defined BMC SPOR objectives, segmentation, commercial policies
• Responsible to create a customer annual plan in line with global strategy, working in collaboration with multiple stakeholders
• Gain and maintain market information and knowledge in order to obtain and maintain the targeted market shares across assigned product portfolio
• Ensure that commercial efforts are focused on driving sell-out and profitable growth through establishing key commercial and operational plans for sales fundamentals like distribution and promotional planning
  
  

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience - Commercial experience, brand management, or a sales related role in a marketing department (background from the Health FMCG, consumer goods industry – an advantage)
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• High proficiency in Excel - Creating reports, forecasts, and performance metrics
• Proficient in English & Hebrew at an advanced level, including presentation skills
