As an Operational Excellence Manager, you'll bridge excellence teams across production sites, implementing transformative processes, conducting workshops, and supporting operational excellence managers.

🎯 Responsibilities:

- Membership in the transformation team that travels between the production sites being a link between the excellence team at headquarters and the excellence managers at the sites.

- Analyze and implement transformation processes through observations and workshops.

- Train operational excellence team managers to enhance safety, quality, service, and cost reduction.

- Support site managers in problem-solving for successful transformational waves.

- Train, develop, and embed LEAN thinking across site management, including goal achievement, building, coaching, and empowering managers and employees.

🔍 Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree, preferably in industrial engineering and management.

- Significant experience in operational excellence management or overall production management, including familiarity with operational excellence tools.

- Knowledge of LEAN methodology is an advantage.

- Willingness to travel to various production sites.
