Hardware Engineer

Position: Life Cycle Management Hardware Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support to production lines and manufacturing sites, ensuring smooth operations and efficiency.
• Spearhead the development and refinement of production support systems, tools, and testing protocols to enhance quality and productivity.
• Take the lead in investigating and resolving production challenges, customer complaints, and returns, collaborating with various departments to drive solutions.
• Undertake and manage projects aimed at optimizing manufacturing processes, reducing costs, and improving overall yield and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, coupled with relevant professional experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a similar role, preferably in the medical systems manufacturing sector.
• Strong proficiency in basic electronics, multi-disciplinary system design, and familiarity with manufacturing processes.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team, coupled with innovative thinking and the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.
