We are seeking for a Marketing project manager/ Specialist to join our team!

In this role, you'll be involved in end-to-end management of marketing projects, providing central support to the channel marketing manager. We're seeking individuals with a strong digital background, experience in advertising, and the ability to handle complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execution and ongoing monitoring of marketing and advertising plans.
• Management and control of marketing activities and projects across various channels such as hotels, event venues, restaurants, institutional catering, and more.
• Optimization for improved performance and achievement of department goals.
• Creation of customer journeys through digital campaigns and marketing content targeting various segments.
• Collaboration with digital and sales teams, and coordination with global counterparts.
• Leading and managing multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to timelines.
• Planning and managing annual budgets and meeting KPIs.
• Developing marketing presentations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in economics, Business Management, Communication, Marketing, or Advertising.
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing and advertising roles.
• Experience in budget planning and project management.
• Fluent in English Hebrew.
• Familiarity with FMCG, B2B, or the culinary industry is an advantage.

Flexible working model (3 days from home & 2 days from office).
