System Engineer

the elite ELTA Systems division, a leading developer of advanced electronic defense products, as a Systems Engineer specializing in detection and interception.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development projects of multi-disciplinary ECM (Electronic Counter Measures) systems throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaboration in marketing activities, defining technical requirements and system specifications.
• Algorithm definition and requirements management.
• System development oversight.
• Test plan creation, managing capability tests, and system-level experiments.
• Integration into operational systems and customer support.
• Matrix operation of software entities and signal processing, collaborating with system engineers and interpretation engineers.
• Role includes international travel.

we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical and Electronics Engineering/Physics - mandatory.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems engineering - mandatory.
• Experience in requirements definition and system specifications.
• Experience in the development or leading/guiding the development of ECM systems - an advantage.
• Experience in system-level testing and integration.
• Experience in leading and interpreting complex system experiments.
• Algorithm development experience.
• Experience working with C4I systems as a project officer or system engineer - a significant advantage.
• Specialization in ECM and signal processing - a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in MATLAB - an advantage.
• Leadership skills, organization, independence, teamwork.
• Ability to work in a team and problem-solving skills.
