Project Manager

Join our Aerospace Engineering facility as a Project Manager to lead a complex multidisciplinary system project in collaboration with engineers from various divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical leadership of system engineering and the overall system design at the Engineering Center.
• Team leadership in the fields of aerodynamics/aeroelasticity, loads, structures, flight control, heat transfer, mechanical design, avionics, air and ground safety, tunnel testing, ground, and flight.
• Definition of solutions and decision-making on alternative designs considering contractual, schedule, and project budget constraints.
• Establishment of integrative development processes and risk management for the platform and integration of special requirements.
• Collaboration with regulators (CAA) and internal safety committees.

we are looking for:

• Degree in engineering - Aeronautics/Mechanical/System Engineering - mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in multidisciplinary development projects - mandatory.
• Team leadership experience (at least 5 years) - mandatory.
• Experience in integrating special requirements - an advantage.
• Experience in the defense industry - an advantage.
• Willingness to work additional and non-routine hours - mandatory.
• Ability to work under pressure, with a commitment to achieving goals.
