The Quality Assurance Lead will manage the QA team and be responsible for quality control, quality assurance, quality management, GMP, and quality auditing. This is a hybrid role based at our Herzliya office with some flexibility for remote work. The QA Lead will work closely with the development team to guide QA strategy, identify and prioritize improvements, and monitor and maintain the quality metrics for releases. They should also ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies and industry standards.

• Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management skills
• Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Quality Auditing skills
• Experience in leading/managing a QA team
• Understanding of regulatory compliance standards
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Quality Assurance, Engineering, Computer Science)
• Experience with Agile methodology is a plus
