Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our team at Elta Facility, specializing in Systems for Intelligence and Computing.

The role involves managing projects with a financial scope of tens of millions from the open development phases through production and up to customer implementation

Key Responsibilities:

• Project management from open phases through production to customer implementation
• Solid background in software management, deep understanding of software development processes, and familiarity with software products (RT and SW, etc.)
• Managing cross-functional tasks and working with numerous engineering, operational, and financial entities both within and outside Elta.
• Broad responsibility for all aspects of the project.
• Adherence to timelines.

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical and Electronics Engineering/Industrial Engineering and Management/Computer Science – mandatory
• Proven experience of 5 years in project management.
• Experience in managing and understanding software development processes.
• Experience in managing projects using accepted project management methods and methodologies.
• Experience working with subcontractors and customers.
• Willingness to travel and work additional hours.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary work teams and managing matrixed human resources.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)-mandatory.
